Why this was built
The estate chaos problem is invisible until it isn't. A client passes away. The executor, usually a spouse or adult child, calls the CPA. The CPA has some documents, but not all of them. The executor doesn't know what accounts exist, what passwords were used, where the investments are held, or where the will is stored. Weeks pass. Lawyers bill. Families fight.
It happens to every accounting firm. It happened to one of ours. And when it did, we looked for a tool that could have prevented it, and found nothing designed specifically for CPAs and their Canadian clients.
So we built one. Not a generic document vault. Not a US-focused estate planning app with PIPEDA tacked on. A purpose-built platform for Canadian CPAs that handles the full lifecycle: collect the data, qualify the financing, manage the vault, and connect the professionals.
